吳玉峰，男，1989年5月出生，湖北省襄陽市人，中共黨員，于2013年6月内蒙古民族大學化學（師範）專業畢業，獲得理學學士學位。同年，進入福州大學（與福建物質結構所聯合培養碩士）攻讀碩士學位，并于2016年6月碩士畢業，獲得理學碩士學位。随後，獲得中國留學基金委公派留學獎學金于2016年10月赴德國海德堡大學攻讀博士學位，于2019年9月獲得理學博士學位。于2019年12月至2022年09月赴中山大學進行博士後研究工作。
近年來，先後主持了“博士後面上項目”基金、廣東省“海外博士後人才”項目。曾擔任中國旅德學者化學化工學會-海德堡地區分會會長。參加了“30th GCCCD”（第30屆中國旅德學者化學化工學會年會）和“20th OMCOS”（第20屆國際純粹與應用化學聯合會國際研讨會）國際學術會議，并分别發表了牆報。參加了2020年首屆“博士後國際交流計劃引進項目”學術研讨會暨聯誼會。參加了中國化學會主辦的“手性中國2021（2022）”學術研讨會。截止目前，在Org. Lett., Adv. Synth. Catal.等知名化學期刊發表SCI論文9篇。單篇最高他引次數超過80次。
