潘聰，男，1995年12月出生，湖北襄陽人，工學博士。2018年6月本科畢業于湖北文理學院化學工程與工藝專業，獲工學學士學位；2021年6月畢業于中南民族大學環境工程專業，獲工學碩士學位；2024年6月畢業于武漢大學環境科學專業，獲工學博士學位，同年進入湖北文理學院工作。
