湯尚文，男，教授，碩士，襄陽市醫藥健康産業創新聯盟理事長，湖北省科技廳科技特派員，湖北省“三區”科技人才，襄陽市農産品加工行業專家庫成員，襄陽市科技特派員，1983年8月出生，湖北麻城人。2008年6月畢業于華中農業大學食品科學專業，獲碩士學位。2008年7月進入湖北文理學院工作至今，2020年晉升職稱為教授。現主要從事食品加工技術、生物質綜合利用教學和科研工作。
